TRANSITIONS SUCK; I AM NOW MORE OPEN TO CHANGE IN 2024

What if I tell you that resistless transitions to welcome change and easeful contractions and expansions await you this year, just like it does for me?

Amidst the challenging transitions of 2023, I embarked on a profound journey, leaving behind a 22-year marriage and venturing into the unknown. The uncertainties loomed large — from securing my own livelihood to navigating the unfamiliar grounds of Bermuda, my newfound home. Questions of rightful claims, sacrifices, and creating a stable haven for my children echoed in my mind.

In the face of these trials, from the decision to part ways to the intricacies of co-parenting and the lengthy divorce process, I discovered profound insights. It became a lesson in breaking free from familiar patterns of resistance, chaotic shifts, and the tendency to worry and overthink.

Yet, within the contraction phase, I unearthed hidden blessings. I learned to appreciate the support that surrounded me and embraced the healing potential within my struggle. Patience, trust, and non-reactivity emerged as gifts amid the storm.

​Navigating this transitional dance, I chose forgiveness over harsh self-judgment. I celebrated my progress, acknowledging that doubt and yearning for change are natural. Grieving the past while cherishing the positive memories became part of the process.

In the spirit of Rumi's words on the balance of expansion and contraction, I now find myself poised to soar on the wings of transformation. As I step into 2024, my vision is clear — an era of liberation, financial independence, energetic freedom, and unwavering boundaries. 

I am ready to live my truth, honoring my worth and benevolence, embracing the manifestation of a new and empowered chapter in my life
