The Perinatal and Pediatric services I offer with my Soundfull Birth and Beyond method prepares the mother in mind, body and spirit from conscious conception, sacred maternity right through navigating the challenges in Motherhood and caring for their little ones.
SoundfullBirth uses a psychospiritual and experiential approach to naturopathy and ancient healing modalities. Through sound healing, shamanic ceremony, soul coaching, healing foods, herbal medicine, Egyptian Alchemy, vibrational and energy healing, aroma therapy, flower essences, meditation, breath-work, affirmations, embodiment practices, archetypal exploration, inner child healing, and toning of the chakras along with deep emotional release, empowerment practices, and repatterning of old limiting beliefs, fears, and habits (both conscious and unconscious). |

SOAR in Women's Health

I believe that all women can SOAR in their Health. Soar above the grips of anxiety, overwhelm, stress, depression, insomnia, disconnect, digestive issues and Women's Health Ailments so that they can feel wholesome, empowered, free and joyous.
I honor the natural rhythms of life, the seasons, nature and cycles of the moon. I approach each transitional phase in womanhood as a sacred right of passage inviting my mentees to honor this cycle so that they discover themselves in it. I further assist them to find ease, grace, power, resourcefulness and a voice so that they can connect with their own intuition and abilities to heal and empower themselves. Through my Seasonal Health approach as a Naturopathic Doctor; women will feel better in their physical being so that they can SOAR soulfully in all aspects of their lives. |
Soulful and Sound Mind

As a Sound Healer, Shamanic Practitioner and Priestess I’ve witnessed the power of meditation, ceremony, sound and retreating to nature in maintaining a “sound” mind and soulful heart.
During my one-on-one mentoring programs I facilitate guided meditation, visualization and ceremony with carefully selected instruments attuning the ear, body and mind to the healing frequencies needed for change and transformation. During your own personalized ceremony that I facilitate, I draw on embodiment practices, archetypal and mythological exploration, inner child and shadow work and mindfulness practices. This unique energy healing or re-balancing experience may include the use flower essences, hydrosolic extracts, meditation teas, smudging, essential oils, shamanic tools and rattling to facilitate energetic shifts as needed. |
