A simple practice to SOAR above madness in turbulent times

We are all feeling or feeding into the madness right now with the coronavirus pandemic.
This is an invitation to SOAR.
You may ask, "now how will I do that?"
In my soul mentoring work I apply my SOAR methodology, even in times of hardship:
S: Start by adopting a positioning of treating everything as Sacred - you, others, the planet... Allow Silence and Surrender to enter your state of being in any given panic state or "growth period." From this place of stillness, much will be revealed as to your next steps to protect you and your family.
O: Observance follows. An invitation to adopt a sense of Oneness. In observing the unfolding of events it is indeed a bringing together of sorts. An opportunity for us to truly witness how we are One, and how each of our actions, words, thoughts, and energy affects the collective.
A: This realization allows for an Awakening - an Awareness that poses a call to Action. To take action in how you set up your life and take care of yourself and your family unit. An awareness of how you take care of your body, mind, and soul that you need to strengthen now.
R: Then comes Reveling and Rising. Question: "How can I utilize this turmoil to stay steadfast, rise above the lower vibrations of fear? How can I revel in what I have and in what is working and in my control?"
I invite you to focus on these principles. To only read what you need to in order to stay informed enough that you have a real grip on the situation and not get tangled up in the madness of all the events that are unfolding and will continue to unfold.
