- The Mena House Pyramid view is available for an additional $150 per night (estimated for 2025).
- The Mena House Premium Pyramid View is available for an additional $220 per night (estimated for 2025).
- Extra nights booked before and after the Pilgrimage start and end dates will be quoted separately and subject to a booking/handling fee.

- Depending on the season, we have calculated an Estimated cost per person for an 18-day Pilgrimage like this. Please remember that prices are subject to change due to increased airfare, currency fluctuations, and availability.
- If the cost of entrance fees, private visits, gas, airlines, or transportation increases, we must adjust the Final Cost of the Pilgrimage to remain consistent with all professional tours in Egypt.
- Roundtrip International airfare is not included.

OUR CANCELATION POLICY
- If cancellation occurs 90 or more days before departure, your balance will be refunded excluding the non refundable deposit.
- Any cancellation made between 60-90 days will result in a 50% loss of your balance already paid.
- Any cancellation between 59 days and the pilgrimage departure will result in a total loss of funds.
- We reserve the right to cancel the pilgrimage if it is not meeting the pilgrimage minimum (if we do so your deposit and fees already paid will be refunded).
- Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended if there is a possibility that you might have to cancel your participation in the pilgrimage.
