our cancelation policy

• If cancellation occurs 90 or more days before departure, your balance will be refunded excluding the non refundable deposit.
  
• Any cancellation made between 60-90 days will result in a 50% loss of your balance already paid.
  
• Any cancellation between 59 days and the pilgrimage departure will result in a total loss of funds.
  
• We reserve the right to cancel the pilgrimage if it is not meeting the pilgrimage minimum (if we do so your deposit and fees already paid will be refunded).
  
• Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended if there is a possibility that you might have to cancel your participation in the pilgrimage.
