This exquisite soul journey is for those who are called to the mystical land of Egypt. We have privileged access with private visits to several powerful sites. We will be together for twelve days; sailing the River Nile on an elegant dahabeya for seven nights, reserved exclusively for our group. We will offer sound meditation ceremonies, sound healing and sacred storytelling where ancient mythology comes alive.

I am answering my calling as a Neter Medicine Woman and priestess by leading you through Egypt based on my own remembered connection with and initiation into the mysteries of the Egyptian Pantheon. I serve as a conduit, gatekeeper and guide for the mysteries to be remembered and integrated. For the past 16 years I have practiced the healing arts as a Naturopathic Doctor, Medical Herbalist, and Sound Healer and regularly present on "psychoacoustics" as a keynote speaker in the medical community and internationally. Additionally, I frequently lead workshops and explorations of the Egyptian Mysteries. It brings me so much joy and fulfillment to facilitate a sound journey through ancient Egypt, where temples were built with a specific healing frequency in mind that comes alive with ceremony.
My transformational mentoring (one-on-one and in groups) includes: Sekhem healing, shadow and inner child work, and the embodiment of the divine through archetypal and Egyptian Mythological exploration. I create a safe container for you to unfold and reclaim your power and freedom from limiting beliefs and energetic blocks. I am blessed to have studied Egyptian Mythology, the Ma’at and Osirian mysteries, and have been initiated in various shamanic and priestess lineages. My gifted teachers include Jane Bell, Nicki Scully, Indigo Ronlov, Leigh Higgins, Brian McGuire, David Gibson, and Roger Ansanelli. I return yearly to Egypt to deepen with the Neteru, and to pay homage to Sekhmet who has completely transformed my life.

In 2003 Jane Bell began Presence of Heart to share her love of Egypt, sacred travel, and to promote personal and transpersonal transformation and awakening. She realized that the frequency of the heart is the doorway where above and below are manifested on earth. Everything that she held sacred came from this guiding principle. Jane has led dozens of sacred journeys to Egypt, teaching countless workshops on manifestation, focusing, healing and personal growth.

May 19 - Arrival Day
Arrive in Cairo by mid-day and check-in to the exquisite Mena House Hotel located adjacent to the Giza Plateau. We begin with an opening circle and dinner to initiate our group journey. (We recommend that if possible, you arrive one day early to allow time on your own to acclimate before we begin).

May 20 - Sphinx, Giza Plateau, Sakkara
|
|
|
Pre-dawn we are escorted to the Giza Plateau for a private ceremony and meditation between the paws of the Sphinx, also known as the Earth Altar. Visiting at such an early hour allows us to experience the energies of this iconic plateau and its three mysterious pyramids privately before we return to the Mena House for breakfast. In the afternoon we will drive into the countryside to visit the tombs and shrines of the oldest Egyptian Pyramid at Sakkara. We will also experience the mysterious chambers of the Serapeum and its underground passageways filled with 24 granite sarcophagi weighing 70 tons each. We will then have a late lunch on the Sakkara Road.

May 22: Aswan and the Afandina
We check out of the Mena House and head to the airport for our one-hour flight to Aswan. We will have comfortable transport waiting to take us to check in to the beautiful Dahabeya Afandina and meet our wonderful sailing crew.

May 23: Sailing on the nile
Nile Day ~ All day sail on the sacred river. A wonderful day to integrate, meditate, relax and enjoy.

May 24: Temple of Edfu
As the Royals once did, we continue to glide on the Nile until our afternoon arrival in Edfu, where we will visit the temple dedicated to the god Horus, the first King of Egypt and God on earth. We are transported to the temple and back via horse drawn carriage. We will dock in Edfu for the night.
May 25: Esna, Luxor, and Karnak

A day of sailing the exquisite Nile to Luxor, passing through the wondrous Esna Lock. After lunch we visit the huge temple complex of Karnak, where among many other marvels, the statue of the goddess Sekhmet is housed in her original chapel, emanating potent energy. A space to feel held with fierce compassion where you may feel seen, witnessed and unconditionally loved.
May 26: Abydos & Dendera

We take an early morning bus ride through the villages of the countryside and then into the desert to reach the ancient site of Abydos, an ancient sacred site where the First Dynasty Kings paid homage and made pilgrimage. Beneath the temple is the ancient Osirion where the Flower of Life symbol first appeared, mysteriously inscribed on the granite walls. On our return we will visit the exquisite Temple of Dendera dedicated to the goddess of fertility and music, Hathor, who represents divine love and joy.

May 27: Exploring Luxor
|
|
|
We will spend the morning exploring the beautiful west bank of the Nile in Luxor, and then enjoy a free afternoon to explore the town of Luxor.
May 28: Luxor Temple
|
Early morning we enter the majestic Temple of Luxor dedicated to the ancient goddess Mut, the consort of Amun. These ancient grounds are breathtaking. After the visit, we have a free day to shop, rest or explore, followed by an evening farewell dinner to the Nile and the Afandina.

May 29: Cairo & Egyptian Museum
|
|
|
We have a morning flight back to Cairo. Depending on time, we will either visit the Egyptian Museum full of statues, stela and artifacts including all the treasures found in King Tut’s tomb. Or we will visit the oldest souk (marketplace) in Egypt called the Khan Il Khalili. We return to the Mena House Hotel to prepare for early morning visit in the Great Pyramid. Dinner is on your own.
May 30: Great Pyramid, Mena House, Farewell Dinner

Pre-dawn private visit into the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid. Our final day is for integration, some last-minute shopping or a revisit to the Giza Plateau. An afternoon circle and a closing banquet are a perfect ending to our extraordinary journey.
May 31: Flight home
